Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. Ovotio uses Stripe Connect so payouts go directly to your account — we never hold your money. Setup takes about two minutes.
Can I use my own domain for event pages?
Custom domains are available on Pro and Venue plans. By default each event lives at ovotio.com/your-org/your-event.
How does the door scanner work?
It runs in any modern mobile browser — no app install. Open the link, point at the QR on the ticket, and you’re done. Double-scans are caught automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep CSV exports of every event. Personal data is purged within 30 days of account deletion.
