Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an Ovotio account (name, email, organization) and the data you produce while using the product (events, seating maps, ticket records). We also collect minimal technical information from your browser, like your IP address and device type, to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use it to run the service, send transactional email, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch Ovotio servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment information.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from settings; we will purge personal data within 30 days.
